Terms and conditions

A request, not a confirmed booking

Submitting the form requests a transfer. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp.

If we cannot take the booking we will tell you, and nothing is charged.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) per journey and include taxes and tolls.

We publish fares only for the routes listed. For any other route we will give you a price before confirming.

The price confirmed in writing is the price that applies.

Payment

We accept PayPal and cash.

This site does not process payments or collect card details. When we confirm your booking we tell you how to pay.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel a transfer, contact us as early as you can by WhatsApp or email. The conditions that apply are set out when your booking is confirmed.

Flights and waiting

If you give us your flight number we track the flight and adjust the pick-up if it is delayed.

Please tell us as early as you can if your plans change at the airport.

Luggage and passengers

Please book a vehicle with room for your party and your luggage. If either exceeds what was booked, an additional vehicle may be needed and charged.

Safety

Children must travel in an appropriate seat; tell us when booking. A chauffeur may decline a journey where travelling would be unsafe.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Dominican Republic.
