The commonest mistake when booking for a group is counting people and forgetting the bags. The two numbers rarely match: the Hiace carries up to twelve passengers but ten cases. Twelve people with a large case each will not fit, even though every one of them has a seat. It is worth doing both sums before deciding.

A single large vehicle keeps the group together and simplifies the logistics of the whole trip, not just the transfer.
